NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This week was fun! We had a lot happen. The most exciting was getting our Weserville money, but most of us lost a lot of our money because of TAXES. That made a lot of mad. Taxes make many people unhappy. Taxes put many people into debt. Nobody has the amount of money. The choice... What type of tax should be put on Weserville? Well in my opinion proportional taxes would be best because that we would all pay the same percent. Would love to hear what everyone else has to say! Express your opinions!!!

I agree this is a fun week, It's important to know the Taxes, and it's helpful to express your opinion to talk about.
ReplyDeleteProportional taxes would be fair to everyone, but the town of Weserville would be receiving less money though because the rich would be paying the same percent as the poor. To gain more money from this tax system they would need to raise the percentage for everyone which would hurt the poor.
ReplyDeleteI agree with your comment. A proportional tax would be fairer, but a progressive tax could bring in more money for the town. Now especially, the town needs more money because of the new roads being planned. A progressive tax might make the most sense.
DeleteI also think proportional taxes would be good for Weserville, since we really don't have rich people living in Weserville. In which means that we really don't to be worry about the disadvantage of proportional taxes that rich people would be paying the same percent as the poor.
